IE Not Displaying Change of Background Color on Hover and Mouse Pointer not Changing on Hover

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. www.raidingprofessionals.com
2. View in both IE and Firefox to know what it looks like
3. Hover over one of the top links

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When you hover over a link it is supposed to change to a white background 
color. This does not happen. Instead the text color changes to black (as it is 
supposed to do) but there is no background switch. Also the mouse cursor 
doesn't switch to the link finger.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.04 Windows 7

Doing More Reading I don't think it will work with what I want to do. I have 
removed the script from my site. I will use the script for future sites just 
not for hover.
