Nice work on this control. The documentation could probably use a little massaging. I figured out how to expand a node with children on load from one of the issues here on Git ( #14 ), but I'm having no luck pre-selecting the root node (or any node specifically) on page load, or programatically after the fact.

I noticed issue #17 mentions it as a possibility, but I'm new to Angular and not seeing any examples anywhere. Could someone provide one? Would be much appreciated. Thanks.
