make prefer-lodash-typecheck work for typeof <declared variable> === "undefined"

This issue was raised in issue #10.
Currently, prefer-lodash-typecheck works for typeof x === "<type", unless the type is undefined.
_.isUndefined(x) is only equivalent to typeof x === "undefined" if x has been declared for the current scope.
