Agenda issue with past and future dates

Description

When I scroll up to back the year Nov-2019 and a future date march-2028.

Expected Behavior

Need to scroll the maximum back year and also future year.

Observed Behavior

When I scroll to back the past years Nov-2019 and a future date march-2028.

Environment

Please run these commands in the project folder and fill in their results:

• npm ls react-native-calendars: react-native-calendars@1.1303.0
• npm ls react-native: react-native: 0.68.7

Also specify:

1. Device/emulator/simulator & OS version: iOS 17.2
