Image on header not shown

I create html header that consist image in binary in table. The image is shown in wkhtmltopdf version 0.11, but not in recent version, 0.12.1 (with patched qt).

Please post a complete example including all HTML/CSS/JavaScript, your OS and wkhtmltopdf version and the commandline you used.

• wkhtmltopdf 0.12.1-9615f00 (with patched qt)
• OS: Windows 8.1. But last time I try, this error happening also in Centos 6.5 64bit

wkhtmltopdf --margin-top 50mm --margin-bottom 20mm --margin-left 40mm --margin-right 40mm --header-html header_test.html body_test.html out.pdf

Looks like a duplicate of #2083, using a higher --javascript-delay should fix this issue after the regression in #2183 is fixed.

A preview for the next release 0.12.3-dev-79ff51e is available, which should contain the fix for this issue. Please report back if it is not solved with the above version.
