AD Note: The Abstract should summarize what the changes are from RFC7958. This is basically requires for an Updates:, but strongly recommended for an Obsoletes:

The original RFC (RFC7958) was ISE-published, and this would obsolete it. Warren sent mail to the ISE to give them a heads-up / make sure they are not blindsided by this.

Benno to check with Paul. There were some questions during IETF119.
Think likely ready for WGLC.
