Mnaging plugins

Hello There,

Thank you for this wonderful docker image, very helpful.

However, this is more of a question on how you prefer to manage plugins. Another dockerfile that extends this one and installed plugins there ?

+1 not sure what to do after installing plugin and it says "You must restart your server for changes to take effect"

@ghost and @sharoonthomas, after installing plugin you have commit docker image. For ctools plugins you can use ctools-instaler, but I still don't know how to automate others.

As soon as possible I will try https://github.com/openlabs/docker-pentaho
