This is used in GetEntities to filter terms to a set of languages.

This option is also used when generating the 'wbEntity' js config variable that we stuff into item / property pages.

The serializers are supposed to serialize the data they get. Filtering of this data should not happen in the serializers. So while we might need to do such filtering in some use cases, implementing this as an option in a serializer is a no-go.
