Summary and purpose

Addition of a new entry in Common Code Table C-12 to properly identify satellite data received at the DBNet station of Cayenne (French Guiana), encoded in BUFR.
A similar entry exists for the RARS station of Tahiti in the Common Code Table C-12.

Action proposed

The team is kindly asked to validate the proposed new entry to be included within the next update to the WMO Manual on Codes.

I support the proposal. We have discussed this in the DBNet community - the addition of a new entry in CCT-C12 should be straightforward, and is needed to properly identify the data received and processed in Cayenne
