Current state:

  • Cellular Data is brought up
    What's left is stability improvements and WWAN Network Info OID handling

Handling the WMRil handle on our own without EMB would also be a plus

What needs testing is SIM pins, we also need to fix text and do a bit more validation on the existing implementation. We also want to fix call registration, we still don't know where some values come from.
