Multiplicity [0,1] is not translated correctly in Rhp_Model_Reader (Parse_Multiplicity) #70

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add a Generalization rule with multiplicity [0,1]
2. Add one generalization in the system model
3. It will report the generalization is not in allowed range

The reason is that the multiplicity (Low and High value) are not translated
correctly when defined as [0,1] and will become 0 for both when using the
rhp_reader.

Due to focus changes towards Java and Eclipse, this issue won't be fixed at
this point. It's possible to change it back later down the road.
