Storyboarder --- Shot Designer will not open #2531

Im running on a 2017 Macbook Air with a 1.8 Ghz Dual-Core Intel Core i5, 8GB 1600 MHz.

When I try to open Shot Designer in Storyboarder, I get a grey screen that is uneditable.

I have used storyboarder within the last 2 week on this same computer with no issues, so I'm not sure what's going.

If anyone has some advice that'd be great
