I think it's a security setting error, so I turned off as many settings as possible! Some settings may not be related to resolution.

Auto-redirect tracking URLs
Prevent sites from fingerprinting me based on my language preferences
I tried several methods and turned off the above setting in the settings and it worked normally. 😃

And I also turned off the Brave Shields setting on https://chat.openai.com/.

I think I understand the problem now, Brave browser have some security features enabled for a request, but these wasn't applied to requests from extension, so Cloudflare returns 403

It works pretty well in incognito mode or private tab,
You don't have to worry about the history, because chatGPT got that feature now, just login... If you are not satisfied with this, then try going for brave and do the following steps said by @Puri12

I faced this issue on chrome and brave browser if i login chatgpt using Google Sign-in button @ "Continue with google"

My problem solved when I try to sign in chatGPT using email address and password method instead of Google Sign-in Button.
