Currently, we're hardcoding the login path directly here.

We can probably switch to using wp_login_url which is filtred using using login_url filter, would that work for you? note that using that filter will change all wp_login_url instances, so if you want to redirect all of your website logins to that place, it would work, but if you want to change just the checkout URL and leave the rest, it won't work.
