Bug Description:

Alignment settings are nonfunctional for "Product Rating" inner block on a test page with "Products (Beta)" block.

Environment:

Woocommerce Version: WooCommerce 7.3.0-beta.2
WordPress version: 6.1.1

PC:
Windows 10, MacOS Ventura 13.0.1
Chrome(Version 108.0.5359.125)
Firefox(Version 108.0.1)
Safari (Version 16.1)

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Create any test site using Jurassic Ninja.
2. Install and activate all the required plugins.
3. Add sample products.
4. Add ratings for some of the products.
5. Add the Products (Beta) block to a page.
6. Add the Product Rating inner block.
7. Click on Align option on toolbar and try to change the alignment.
8. Observe that alignment settings are nonfunctional for "Product Rating" inner block

Actual Result:

Alignment settings are nonfunctional for "Product Rating" inner block on a test page with "Products (Beta)" block.

Expected Result:

We should be able to set the alignment to left, center and right for "Product Rating" inner block on a test page with "Products (Beta)" block.
