Products Block and Gutenberg 16: the block defaults to the list layout

Describe the bug

With Gutenberg 16, the Products Block defaults to the list layout. This happens because layout type controls have been moved to the Post Template block: WordPress/gutenberg#49050

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Ensure you have Gutenberg 16 installed and enabled.
2. Create a new post.
3. Add the Products block.
4. See that the block defaults to the list layout.
