How to test the changes in this Pull Request:

#3048:

1. Add a product on sale to the Cart and visit the Cart block.
2. Verify regular and discounted prices are both aligned to the right (see screenshots above for comparison).

#3049:

1. Add a product price block.
2. In the block toolbar, change the alignment option to center or right.
3. Verify the product price alignment changes accordingly.
