Order Numbers in PayPal standard/Pro

Currently we pass order ID in 'custom' and order Key in 'invoice ID'. This makes it hard to search for orders via PayPal. Order ID's cannot be duplicate so we need a way to let paypal distinguish ID's so it lets all purchases through without error. Could use a prefix/suffix.

When is this being released publicly?

It breaks Subscriptions.

I'm adding a patch to 1.2, but it would be good to have a long lead time to get everyone to upgrade Subs before this goes out.
