if you can provide a bit more background on this, I might be able to help. In my kiss metrics plugin, I have an event that fires when an item is added to the cart.

The thread in question was about goal tracking in google analytics, so they could track the add to cart events and learn more about abandoned carts.

Could we just add an option in the google analytics integration admin page for say 'Add Tracking Events' that would add the _trackEvent method to the onClick property for add to cart links?
