Mijireh Slurp Page meta box not showing up on Mijireh Secure Checkout page

I am trying to set up Mijireh on my website using Stripe as my payment gateway. I've followed all the instructions from this doc: http://www.mijireh.com/docs/what-is-page-slurp/

When I navigate to the Mijireh Secure Checkout page in WordPress (which is defaulted to private when I installed Woocommerce), I don't see that meta box that shows the Slurp Page function for Mijireh.

I currently have WordPress version 3.5.1, WooCommerce version 2.0.2, and WooTheme: Mystile version 1.2.2. See my complete system status below:
