Email not send to customer after checkout #398
Comments
check spam filters, check your mail directories in unix to see too, i ttook me awhile to find out a problem this way. sometimes postfix tries to deliver local mail to the same domain via unix, so if thats the case thast where to start. also company spam filters are notorious for rejecting the standard wordpress mailers for creating new accounts. it'd be nice to have all of this included in one email for customers. mike set the last one to future, as its not completely mission critical, we have set in place a catchall instaed of bounce. |
Yep, to add, check standard WP mail is going out, e.g. after comments. I doubt its purely a problem with WC. |
How do I check see the WP email log? I can send regular emails but WooCommerce does not seem to want to asend email. I'm using the WP-Mail-SMTP plugin. Can anyone shed some light on this? |
Is there a way to see if WooCommerce is sending emails? Is there a log for that? If so where should it reside? (I'm a wordpress newbie). I cant understand why wordpress sneds mails just fine but WooCommerce will not. |
