Issue Description:
When attempting to verify an HPOS migration, we support a --re-migrate flag that would attempt to re-migrate should the verification flag any issues. This flag, sadly, only works when --verbose is also specified. That's specified in the command itself, but maybe we can make it work even when --verbose is not used, or set that automatically if needed.
