Background

Based on woocommerce/woocommerce-blocks#10952 and #42166 implement a new "Top Rated" collection.

Requirements

  • For now, the collection is only discoverable from the Product Collection block
  • It has Order By predefined to 'rating/desc'
  • Order By option should be hidden from Inspector Controls
  • It includes keyword for current block "Top Rated Products"
