Classic Cart fails to render after applying coupons when it is not set as the default Cart page

Prerequisites

• I have carried out troubleshooting steps and I believe I have found a bug.
• I have searched for similar bugs in both open and closed issues and cannot find a duplicate.

Describe the bug

When using the shortcode Cart on a page that is not set as the Cart page on WC Settings, after applying a valid coupon the cart view disappears.

Expected behavior

Cart should remain visible with the coupon applied.

Actual behavior

Cart fails to render

Steps to reproduce

1. Have a Cart Blocks page set in WC Settings as the cart page
2. Create another page with shortcode Cart
3. Apply a valid coupon on the shortcode page, and confirm cart disappears

Isolating the problem

• I have deactivated other plugins and confirmed this bug occurs when only WooCommerce plugin is active.
• This bug happens with a default WordPress theme active, or Storefront.
• I can reproduce this bug consistently using the steps above.
