Black background color on full editor when enable the new product editor BETA #46187

Prerequisites

  • I have carried out troubleshooting steps and I believe I have found a bug.
  • I have searched for similar bugs in both open and closed issues and cannot find a duplicate.

Describe the bug

I have Blocksy theme enabled.
I have the new product editor BETA enabled.

When i hit the edit with full editor in the product description

It opens the gutenberg editor, but the background is black:

Expected behavior

The background should be white.

Actual behavior

The background is #2f2f2f
This comes from the style class: .woocommerce-iframe-editor__content

When enabling twenty-twenty-four theme it does not happen. But i don't

Steps to reproduce

  1. Enable Blocksy theme
  2. Enable new Woo product editor BETA
  3. Go to a product
  4. Edit the description in the full editor

I have reported this to Blocksy theme as well. But i thought it will be good to also leave this here.

Isolating the problem

  • I have deactivated other plugins and confirmed this bug occurs when only WooCommerce plugin is active.
  • This bug happens with a default WordPress theme active, or Storefront.
  • I can reproduce this bug consistently using the steps above.

It is now fixed on the new WP version
