Replaces a bunch of icons with new designs that have a better stylistic link with Dashicons.

Always Dashicons if an appropriate glyph exists. Closing this out now, hopefully I've got them all, but if anyone spots an icon that could be replaced please re-open or create a new issue. |

The icon set we use in core was originally designed for the iOS app. As the WP Dashboard design has evolved and Dashicons arrived our icons look a little dated / out of place. I'd like to redesign a bunch of them to better fit the WordPress UI. We can probably lose a couple of them as well and just make use of those available in Dashicons.
