목적 및 필요성

로컬 개발 환경에서 개발 편의성을 위해 mock 데이터를 넣는 방식을 통일해야 한다.

작업 상세 내용

스프링 @Contiguration 어노테이션으로 mock 데이터를 넣는 방식을 data.sql로 변경한다.
