요구사항

유효하지 않은 accessToken에 대한 처리
출결 페이지에 데이터가 없을 때 어떻게 채울지 처리
EventService(initializeSchedules), AttendanceAcceptanceTest(showAttendance) 수정 필요 (23시~00시에 테스트가 돌지 않음)
- LocalTime만 비교하는 문제
일정 생성 부분 개선
- 꼭 30분 이후에 일정을 생성해야 할까?
- 일정 생성을 못하는 시간이라면 막기
- 일정 생성 개선 방향 논의 -> 너무 어려움
- 가능한 시간부터 보여주기
- 시작시간을 설정하면 마감시간을 미리 세팅해주기 (?)
