Description

It was observed that after setting the application’s language to Portuguese, some parts of the application like a Site’s business plan or the FAQ were still displayed in English.
The issue remained even when the Site’s and the device’s language was also set to Portuguese.

Reproduction Rate

4/4 100%

Expected behavior

The application should be fully localized.

Actual behavior

Some parts of the application are not localized.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

  1. Install WordPress 14.1
  2. Log in to an account.
  3. Press the “Me” button on the top right of the screen.
  4. Press “App Settings”.
  5. Press “Interface Language”.
  6. Change the language to Portuguese(Brazil).
  7. Press “OK”.
  8. Restart the application.
  9. Press the “Me” button on the top right of the screen.
  10. Press “Ajuda e Suporte” (Help & Support).
  11. Press “Veja nossa secao de Perguntas Frequentes” (Browse our FAQ).
Tested on the following

Samsung Galaxy S6 (7.0)
Samsung Galxay S7 (6.0.1)
