Notification Settings: consider adding a setting for login push notifications

We received some feedback asking for a notification setting for login push notifications:

I have disabled notifications on my WordPress Android app for work/life balance reasons. Unfortunately there is no notification type “Auth” in the Android app which could have me had continued to use the feature but I’m not sure it’s worth the effort.

Currently, we have notification settings for app notifications for sites you own, sites you follow, and for comment replies and likes but we do not have a separate setting for login push notification.
