Bug: The post settings screen has More Options menu for switching the editor #12362

Expected behavior

Post Settings screen should not have a More Options menu with a “Switch to classic/blocks editor” menu item.

Actual behavior

More Options menu contains “Switch to classic/blocks editor”

Steps to reproduce the behavior

  1. Open a post
  2. Go to Post Settings
  3. Open More Options menu
Tested on [device], Android [version], WPAndroid [version]

PIXEL 2 API 30 Emulator, WordPress 15

@hypest I don't see any discussion about this overflow menu and menu option being available on the Post Settings screen like this. On a related note, I also see the Content Structure menu in that menu in Post Settings with the block editor (seen in WPAndroid alpha-231). Could you confirm whether this is expected or a bug?

This is definitely a bug. There is no point having the "Switch to ...editor" and "Content Structure" menu items on that screen.
