Deeplink: Login flows started from any deeplink should skip the Prologue screen

Expected behavior

When going through any deeplink while logged out from the app, I expect that the login flow would skip the Prologue screen and go directly to the Email screen.

Actual behavior

The login flow only skips the Prologue screen when going through a wordpress://viewpost deeplink (like wordpress://viewpost?blogId=124661775\&postId=1194), but not on other cases, like below:

• wordpress://notifications
• wordpress://read
• wordpress://post
• wordpress://stats (related issue: Deeplink: wordpress://stats doesn't redirect to the login flow when logged out #12373)

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Make sure you're not logged in in the app
2. Click on any of the deeplinks above from outside the app
3. Notice the Prologue screen

Tested on Pixel 3 XL, Android 9, WPAndroid 15.2-rc-1
