Bug: In Media Screen, 'Audio' tab only appears if there is an existing uploaded audio file

Expected behavior

For all other file types (Video, Doc, Images), The tabs contains all the options, regardless of what exists in the library. Audio should not be any different.

Actual behavior

Audio tab only exists if there is an audio file uploaded to the library. If you delete the only one, it will disappear from the tab options again.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Open the Media Screen and delete all audio files if there are any
2. Swipe the tab bar left and right, you will see there is no "Audio" option
3. Use the "+" button to add an audio file
4. Swipe the tab bar once the upload is done and you will see the "Audio" tab
5. Delete the file and you will see the tab disappear
