Intercept WordPress.com post URLs

Expected behavior

Tapping on a WordPress.com post URL while in social network apps should be opened in the WordPress app (if the app is already installed), directly inside the Reader.

Actual behavior

Tapping on WordPress.com post URLs triggers the opening of a browser.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

• Use an app like Google Hangouts (chat) and share a public post URL from a WordPress.com site that doesn't use a custom domain mapped
• Tap on the URL you shared
• The web browser will come up
