Reader: Unable to search reader by site address

Expected behavior

Searching with both the keyword and URL should produce the same results when looking for the same site.

Actual behavior

Searching using an address/URL, the “No Results Found” message is show. When searching with keywords the site is found.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Open the reader and tap the search icon in the top right to access the reader site search
2. Search for a site address URL (rather than a keyword). The example I am using here is jeffsbiketour.com
3. Navigate to the ‘Sites’ tab to see if any site search results are found.

Tested on [device], Android [version]

Android 5.1 on a Huawei Y3 and Android 7.0 on a Moto G5 (it's not tied to a particular Android version/device)
