Plugin Search: search bar disappears

Expected behavior

On an iPhone Plus, rotating the device with the search bar selected, the search bar should remain.

Actual behavior

On an iPhone Plus, rotating the device with the search bar selected, the search bar disappears.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

• Go to Site > Plugins.
• Select the search bar.
• Rotate the device.
• Notice the search bar no longer appears.

Tested on [iPhone 7 Plus, iPhone 8 Plust], iOS [11.4], WPiOS [10.8]
