Revisions support has increased post loading time

Loading very large posts can be quite slow – now revisions might be slowing it down further. We're calling refreshInterface twice, which is quite expensive.

There may be a way to avoid doing this.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Load a very large post (see: https://jkmasseltestingdev.wordpress.com/2018/12/05/lets-see-how-we-do/)

Tested on simulator, iPhone Xs iOS 12.1, develop branch.
