Add more options for category management

If you navigate to My Site > Settings within the app, you'll find an option to manage the site's "Default Category". Here, it's possible to change the site's default category and also to add new categories, but there isn't an option to delete categories or edit/add names/descriptions.

There's a "Tags" option, where it's possible delete or edit tags. This is missing for Categories, however.

It's be nice for the options for managing categories to match up to the options for managing tags. This would also match up to the options you can find under Settings > Writing in Calypso.

I have different categories for my website, but there is no categories option under the Configure section. This is unfortunate, because I have to log in to the WordPress website and try to manage the categories. I would like the abbility to delete/edit a category or categories from within the WordPress app.

I haven't seen this come up recently, but I still think it's a valid request.

Tested and confirmed I can add a category but I cannot edit or delete a category.

From the Mobile application I find it hard to manage Tags and categories. Building a different hierarchy or changing them. Like categories cannot be deleted or subcategories re-organized from site settings. I only find the + sign on top for Tags. No option to press or swipe and delete or so
