Share Extension notification not firing for image shares

Expected behavior

After an image is shared on the Share Extension I should get a notification letting me know.

Actual behavior

Nothing happens.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Share an image via the Share Extension, wait, wait, wait....

Tested on iPhone XS, iOS 12, WPiOS 12.3
