Notice is showing to up high in the screen

Expected behavior

The notice should be displayed at the bottom of the screen, above the tab bar

Actual behavior

The notice is showing too high in the screen. Possibly due keyboard height calculations

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. be offline
2. Create new draft
3. Tap options
4. Tap "Save As Draft"
