Wrong Edit button in Comments if there are no comments

If you don't have any comments on your blog, the Edit button will have default-looking styling. If you move away from the view and come back it'll have the broken secondary disabled button styling instead.

Having trouble replicating this, can you consistently do this? I tried to replicate this and this is all I saw:

For what it's worth this will probably be a non issue with the next release as we're doing away with that Edit button.
