El objetivo es explicar y justificar por qué se utiliza github, para que no haya dudas ni propuestas de nuevas metodologías que se salgan de la línea de trabajo de la comunidad global.

Hay que sacar el texto que ya está en el manual de comunicación y pasarlo a la introducción del manual de github.
