A CLA can create a very real, very big barrier to contribution. See #10 (comment) for details. The people behind https://github.com/spack/spack have some experience with working with the legal team within a company to figure out how to make things work without requiring a CLA.

The Privacy Policy on app stores is pointing to generic WHO PP, not the app-specific PP.

WHO legal done. All items closed except for #1509 which will be tracked separately for launch.
