Screen Cast not working for Ice cream sandwich

I connected the device which has ICS and USB was detected successfully. I click 
on androidscreencast.jnlp and it showed me the Home screen of the device. Now, 
when i am moving my mouse to unlock screen, nothing is happening now. Screen on 
PC, is getting refresh when i do manually on device but when i am trying to do 
from mouse on screen, it doesn't work. Any suggestions?

You likely belong under Issue 77 as well. Does the keyboard work? Just unlock 
the phone and on the homescreen start typing - it should go to the Search bar 
at the top.

I agree, it seem like Issue 77. For me, keyboard is not even working.

I have a galaxy note with ICS.
With the normal version, mouse and keyboard also did not work here, after the 
steps of the ADB:
adb shell
su
chmod 777 /data/dalvik-cache
cd /data/dalvik-cache
chmod 777 ./


Keyboard started to work, so I used the honeycomb version 
(alexfdz-screencast-honeycomb.googlecode.com/git/android-screencast-dist/android
-screencast.jnlp) and everything ok.

try it.

hi am using icecream sanwich 4.0.3 version in galaxy S2 and its rooted 
(supersu).. whhile am connecting to the screen cast its showing unable to 
launch the application.. I have done adb forward also.. Please assist..

I've got both the Samsung Galaxy S II Skyrocket, and the Samsung Galaxy S III, 
Both of which are rooted, and run well with other programs, as well as an ASUS 
Transformer TF101. I've tried the "honeycomb" version, and that was a no go, 
even after a computer & phone(s) reboot.

I have tried your prescribed method and that was a no go also.  For neither 
mouse or keyboard on both devices.

#6 Honeycomb version worked for my HTC EVO V 4g (3D) shooter rooted (s-on).
