go version 1.15 stipulation in go.mod incompatible with Azure/Oryx build&deploy

Azure/Oryx can accommodate golang versions 1.14.15, 1.15.15, 1.16.7, 1.17, and 1.18, but not version 1.15.

What options do we have? Can we replace the version 1.15 stipulation in go.mod with, say, 1.15.15, or 1.18?
