Point users to support channels

We should add a section on available support channels (taken from http://wp-cli.org/#support) and link to that section in an obvious way from the gray ribbon at the top of the CLI site.

@schlessera Rather than shoving more stuff onto the existing site, what do you think about waiting on this until we can holistically redesign the homepage?

Yes, agree with not adding another section for now. But we can already add a link to the old support text above to the gray banner.
Right now, on the .org site, there's nothing at all about support.
