Edit button flickers making it impossible to edit shortcode

I only have Shortcake installed and I'm editing pages.

On some pages the edit button works just fine and on some other it flickers making it impossible to edit the shortcode.

Anyone else ever seen this behaviour?
Any hints on how to debug this so I can provide more information and possibly find and correct the issue?

I've run into this issue as well. I've only been able to reproduce it regularly in Chrome(I believe latest version, but I'll have to double check) running on Windows, but I've also heard of it appearing occasionally in Chrome on OS X.
