It would be great to have a settings like "Update the cache file each time a logged in user loads the page". Then you can just reload the pages that are affected by a change, and automatically the cache files are updated in the background.

@richterd Thanks for the feature request! This is actually related to #111 (User-defined URIs to purge with post cache). With that feature, you'd be able to define a custom list of URIs that should get purged whenever you publish a post. Would that work for you?
