<para>- Yes; with lighter materials and lighter posts, I think that we can probably build 2 miles of line for the present cost of 1 mile. My view is that if we can build a line to last for ten years, when it is proved to be a profitable investment, it will pay the Department to put up larger posts if required. These new specifications will, I believe, be ready very shortly. </para>

A judgment was given by <inline font-weight="bold">Mr. Justice</inline> Higgins in regard to their case.
