ATTRIBUTION for external packages used should be updated in all projects.
This information should be updated before every release, if any new external package has been added.
@wrappid/devops-team : The above should be done by automating the process in DevOps.

I think we use external libs/packages/actions for workflow as well. Attribution should be generated for any project which uses 3rd party libs/packages/actions.

Till date, workflow-mgmt repository doesn't use any packages. It only uses actions. So we will need a way to handle attribution for actions.
